Picor Input Filters – QPI Family
Picor's (a Vicor subsidiary) QPI family of active EMI filters reduce conducted EMI in 24/28 and 48 Vdc bus applications. QPIs provide common-mode and differential-mode attenuation from 150 kHz to 30 MHz in a 1.0" x 1.0" (25 x 25 mm) surface mount package. With current ratings as high as 14 A, the filters support telecom blade and industrial / COTS applications.
FIAM – Filter Input Attenuator Module
A DC input, front-end module providing transient protection, inrush current limiting and EMI filtering. The FIAM enables designers using Vicor Maxi, Mini, and Micro 48 Vin DC-DC converters to meet the transient immunity and EMI requirements of Telcordia, FCC, ETSI and European Norms.
IAM – Input Attenuator Module
The VI-IAM offers power systems architects a single, flexible, component-level solution to almost any clean power problem. It also eliminates the space, efficiency, and weight penalties associated with linear power sources, and the stability, efficiency, and adjustment penalties associated with external add on filters for conventional switchers.
Picor Output Filters – QPO Family
Developed by Picor, a Vicor Subsidiary, the QPO family of output filters improves the transient response of most DC-DC converters and power supplies. The filters use active filtering to reduce power supply ripple and noise. QPO-1 operates over a range of 3 – 30 Vdc and supports loads as high as 10 A. QPO-2L supports voltages between 0.3 – 5.5 Vdc, up to 20 A.
MicroRAM – Ouput Ripple Attenuator Module
Vicor's MicroRAM output ripple attenuation module combines both active and passive filtering to achieve greater than 40 dB of noise attenuation from 60 Hz to 1 Mhz.
RAM – Ouput Ripple Attenuator Module
Combining active and passive filtering, the RAM attenuates both low-frequency input power source fundamental and harmonics, and high-frequency switching components in the frequency range of DC to 20 MHz, while exhibiting efficiencies of 93 - 99%. No adjustments are required, and remote sense and output voltage trim features are retained.Power Design Resources
