Responsibilities

Vicor is seeking a strong contributor for its channel marketing team, with responsibility for North America. The North America Channel Marketing Manager will be part of a team of regional channel marketing managers to champion and leverage Vicor’s channel partners. This self-motivated individual will develop and execute successful marketing strategies that engage Vicor’s channel partners and broad customer base. This individual will have a strong business acumen and gain support and coordinate activities across a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented with an eye towards continuous improvement in all customer-facing processes.

  • Develop and execute channel marketing programs, aligned with corporate marketing initiatives
  • Act as champion for channel partners to ensure the Vicor organization is responsive to their needs and customer needs
  • Work with Sales Operations and channel partners to ensure Vicor meets customer obligations
  • Set performance targets for channel partners and hold them accountable for results
  • Establish and manage regular communications to channel partners
  • Work with marketing organization to oversee lead management with channel partners
  • Oversee channel enablement and training, including content generation and curation
  • Manage channel event participation, including logistics
  • Work with channel organization to onboard new partners

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent, related experience
  • 5-10 years of distribution/sales/marketing or related experience in B2B technology market
  • Technical background preferred, but not required
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in content creation and sales enablement

  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce.com or equivalent

  • Demonstrated ability to work across organization and functional groups
