Solving power design challenges in the age of AI
Presented by Jeff Chang, Field Application Engineer, Vicor
There are many benefits to use high density power modules to meet the problematic current demands of so many AI-driven applications. Vicor’s innovative solutions includes Factorized Power ArchitectureTM, Lateral Power Delivery and Vertical Power Delivery, which are capable of delivering a high current of greater than 1000 amps and enable a 50X reduction in power delivery network resistance.
Jeff Chang is a FAE of Vicor Taiwan. He is responsible for the technical support and development of new application, new market and new product in Taiwan. Jeff Chang has over 25 years of power design experience, covering handheld products, tablets and laptops, industrial products and servers. Jeff Chang graduated from the Department of Electronics, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
Tech Taipei
Tech Taipei is hosted by EE Times Taiwan and EDN Taiwan, and it’s the most influential event in Taiwan. Tech Taipei’s High Efficiency Power Supply and WBG Technology Application Seminar will analyze the latest power supply design architecture for various application devices, as well as various power, high voltage, high power density and competitive power system design secrets, and allow participants to keep abreast of the latest technological advances in the latest power components.
